COMPARISON : RULES/LAWS/ REGULATIONS FOR GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT VS PRIVATE SECTOR
Today we are going to compare implications of rules/regulations/ law on Government Departments and on whole Private Sector.
PRIVATE SECTOR
If you come from private sector in India then please BEWARE!! You are dishonest and can not be trusted. Your properties are harmful to this NATION. You and your properties are bound to catch fire every moment and they can crash anytime. You and your properties are not safe at all. Inspite of paying heavy taxes you are not reliable. You have to pay for Fire Certificates every year even your building is just a year old; which includes commission of many brokers.
You have to pay for Building Safety Certificate every year even you have just constructed which costs thousands of Rupees.
GOVERNMENT SECTOR
The Government Sector is much more secure than the Private ones. Government Property is more secure than the private one. Though every year there are numberless disasters but those are natural. The departments which issue certificates; whose own buildings are RAM BHAROSAY [only God knows]... which needs much more support and repairing and are dangerous to humans, are not risky at all!!
In emergency they can not protect themselves but proudly distributing the saftey certificates.
These so-called safety certificates are not for Government itself because there is a special provision which is written by God himself for the Government, that any mishap (fire or any other type) will take Government permission first. Without Government permission mishap is bound not to happen at all.
